The mosaiced super leggera chair is part of the mosaiced furniture collection that finds its inspiration in the element 'water'.
This couple is made of two restored chairs of cherry wood from 1850. The original sitting made of straw has been replaced with a sitting made of transparent plexiglass and coloured tiles which are immersed in resin. The intact but delicate original sitting has been kept though by putting it on the level underneath the transparent sitting in order to protect the antique handmade straw.
The transparency permits a new way of using antique chairs, which makes them even more unique.
