This writing desk for left- and right-handers and for two persons finds its inspiration in the concept of the 'double', the seen and unseen, and the consequences of a thought that are brought together in the word 'reflect'.
This table, which is made of recycled chestnut and nut wood for the the top, cement legs, different kinds of mirrors, a photography and glass, reveals indeed some surprising functions of 'reflection' regarding both the image and the sound. But not only, looking from the top in the inside of the table allows you to observe the movements behind and next to you without revealing it to others.
Simple inventions like mirror reflections or a wooden box, which amplifies the sound, reflect the need of concentration vs. distraction but also of contemporary and technological without the use of cables.
